How long is the contract?
We work on a 3-month minimum. That gives us enough time to test, learn and build real momentum for your business.
Who pays for ad spend?
You do, directly. Your ad budget is billed by the third-party ad platform to your own account, so you always see exactly what's being spent. Our fee is separate.
How soon will I see results?
Some wins, like a stronger Google Business Profile or a better-performing ad, can show up in the first few weeks. Bigger results, like a steady flow of leads, usually build over the first three months. We review progress with you every two weeks, so you always know where things stand.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your accounts (social media, ad accounts, email platform, website and Google Business Profile), your brand assets like logos and photos, and about an hour every two weeks for our strategy meeting. We handle the rest.
Do you only work with DC-area businesses?
We're based in the DC metro area and work with businesses across DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Meetings happen by video, or in person when you're nearby.
